Tournament of Thrones still not fixed

Before i was believing that it wasnt submitting my formation but i learned that its been throwing me into master reincarnation+ which is crap. I get 10th in master reincarnation  which i should be getting 2nd in intermediate 101-120. I'v been ripped out of getting 1k exclusive fragments, 1k silver cards, 500 red hogyouku fragment chest and 1k reincarnation  stones these past 5 tournaments. In replace i got nothing. Does GoGames ever check these post anymore? If thats the case ill be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

ToT issue : if you didn't reincarnate, then you obviously have nothing to do into the Master tab, just a bug (just add it to the list)
your question : nope, nobody from GG is reading the forum and/or emails, think everyone knows it now?

your statement and just being fully objective (being myself a VIP) : they probably don't even care if a few VIP are leaving, as long as there are crazy spenders, they have no reason to change anything!!!
(when you have lots of people spending lots of money - daily - in your business, wouldn't you consider you're providing a good product and service?)
