Ok so i accidentally spent 100 purple reishi on exp(didnt know what it was for) and i noticed that when i dismissed my Omadea i got 50 blue reishi back. So the question is, would i get 200 reishi back if i dismissed Rangiku?

No, you couldn't get anything by dismiss a free gift partner or a cash partner.
That is only applicable for tavern partner.

so if i dissmis an purple tavern char they give me back 200 purple reishi??
im gonna try this in chinese serv btw ok bad idea only give me back 41 purple reishi so isnt worht it
