Alliance Battle

Guys what's the real time for alliance battle...not campaign. Alliance battle....is it bleach time the 1:45pm and 9pm or central time. Coz I checked it out in bleach time it has no alliance battle and i checked it out too in central time there's no alliance battle too...what's the real answer...Thanks guys.
