What do you mean you don't know how to start?

Go through the main quests to get started. It gives you the things you need and introduces you to the functions of the game. If you follow the main quests, you should be able to get a decent understanding of the game and what to do in it. If you want tips on what partners to get and such, Azrial has a guide suggesting just that. If you have more specific questions, you can just shoot a PM over to me here or give a shout out to the players in your server. The PGM of that server should be on if nothing else to assist you in anything you might need regarding the game
