The reason you were charged twice is because the first payment for whatever reason failed or was denied, etc, hilariously companies will take your money the second you press the "Checkout" button, but it will take 3 - 5 business days on average for any money to get back into your account. This is true with any purchase on a credit/debit card.
well I didn't have a problem wheni used my paypal account but the one time it wasn't there and I clicked on the next thing and this happened and customer support keeps telling me the transaction failed even though I showed them proof of both times it was taken
