Yo guys! Im so lucky I can get another cyclone set even tho I'm just vip0 only! Here's the proof. I just need 5 Manak tokens to get cyclone sets

I wonder if it's usual to get cyclone set that cost 5 Manak tokens or does the cost change?

it costs 5 tokens from last raio guardian so I think it will be always this cost
