idk how, I cant get through, when the kon loads and the 3 girls show, theres a play button, it doesn't get passed that

Same here man even battle reports don't load I tried clearing everything resetting , unistalling nothing works, in iPhone puffin doesn't work for me in android it works

same as jw4115ta, on my phones works fine but on my iPad it never loads. Tried cleaning browsing history, uninstalling and installing again but anything worked

did you try to run a network diagnostic ? from the options menu.
I'm using Android so dunno whats your problem
