Banned for [fraud] WTF!?

Can someone explain this to me!? I just top-up 100$ yesterday, played the game and now... banned. I was hacked or what? If someone had/have the same problem give a hint on what to do next.

last time i saw a guy banned for fraud it was because he bought gold and than took back his payment. So yeah guess you can check your bank and see if it went right?

Well first thing i did after this i called my bank to block the transaction but they said its already done... so no, it is already done. I contacted support but no answer. I hope they do something good with the money...

hmmm, which browser did you use? used any proxy/vpn(though that shouldnt be the case).

well i cant even connect to forums if not on my registered IP, which is BS. means i cant connect from other places unless re-routing #lazy
