Is there a reason why the chars in honor shop are so much weaker than the csb and events? The honor shop costs way more and takes alot of time to accumulate. So shouldn't the stats be better than just a rookie from tavern?
maybe when the game was out initially, there were only those characters and no csb/event characters, hence they made it tough to get them, later they must have brought in newer better partners for less the price
Honor shop is just a dead icon, everything is expensive there for their stats, just forget it, it was the first shop where you can recruit something, no swp no csb no events; so it mau have been something at the beginning but now it's a has been
