1st Time Reincarnation

Im 5 levels away to level110 and would take about a week,I have read some pros and cons about reincarnating and would love to hear some advices
If its good to reincarnate right off the bat after I reach level110 or should I wait until I get to level120
to replace my Relampago lv80 gear or much better wait for level125 for those lv120 infusers

I can reach upto stage 8 in HMA with just him and Main

The ideal level for reincarnation is Lv159 (max lvl)
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the first time, you stay lv159
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the second time, you stay at Lv159
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the third time, your level becomes Lv158
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the forth time, your level becomes Lv155
If your main's EXP is maxed at Lv159, and you reincarnate the 5th time, your level becomes Lv151-152 (forgot which)
There are pros and con for reincarnating at cap level.

Pros:
You remain within Lv151+ for 2x Arena Chest prizes.
There won't be a large difference in terms of silver given from Ryoka Event.
There won't be a large difference in terms of silver and EXP given in the mail after completing a daily event, such as ES, GW, Ryoka, PS.
You get to gain back the EXP faster through already unlocked Level 50, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150 (most exp given daily) World Map Instances.
Be placed on Lv101-159 ToT for Red Hogyuku farming.
Lv121-159 ToT isn't as crowded as the end game Reincarnated ToT.

Cons:
Won't be able to participate in Reincarnated ToT (losing the chance to get more exclusive fragments)
Lose the early +46% damage bonus in PVE/PVP advantage.
Lose the early -46% damage reduction in PVE/PVP advantage.
PS.: the cons are short but essentially losing the Reincarnation advantage leads to harder (or more challenging) PVE/PVPs or you'll be weaker then those who have reincarnated early.
More damage = more EXP and Silver in PVE

First of all, ain't nobody getting to the max xp of level 159 you got 0 xp on that shit no matter how hard you try you'll get d'cd at some point and can't keep the 200m-400m xp you gained that day.
Secondly,

The ideal level for reincarnation is Lv159 (max lvl)

all of this becomes invalid/incorrect information and leads to misguiding people which I suggest you be more careful with next time.
Thirdly, you may not remain 151 for 2xArena Chest prizes due to your incorrect info that you stay 159 afte rei 1 and rei 2.
Fourthly, if you give everyone the 300% damage reincarnation effect, there will be a noticeable difference(everyone, not just the main).
Fifthly, you reincarnate and get placed in the last ToT bracket. You said that in the "ros" list you are placed in 101-159 bracket.
Lastly, "Cons" according to bp it will be decided if he is in top 8 of Reincarnated ToT bracket or not.
One last thing worth mentioning is that when a non-reincarnated character is up against a reincarnated character, the damage of non-reincarnated character decreases by 30%.
