Hello guys,Like some days before i topped up 3200 GOLD via bank account. The gold never added to my account, and the didnt even sent a receipt so the gogamesupport cant do much(as they say) and when I sent a report to gogames they said that this should be a bank problem.So i walked to the bank to see what is wrong and they said,the money have already transfered to the destination.Please help me solve this cuz i need the top up.....
You need to provide support team the receipt from G2S as proof of completed transaction. As you mention in the email, you didn't recieve one. The problem probably occurs in the procedure between your back and G2S. That's why we suggest you contact your bank.
