yes it does but are you sure u wanna reinc that fast? u might miss out on Tournament of Throne rewards
i havent checked but after this long, the average bp for ToT reincarnated group cant be lower than 6 mil without reiatsu boost, atleast on older servers, so if u reinc as soon as u reached 110 then u'll get placed in same ToT group as the top monsters arround ur server

..im already reincarnate lvl3 purple for pvp..for pve im thinking to put reincarnate on cute orihime to boost her up but still i haven't made up my mind yet
