Conflagration or Scorching Power ?

Is Conflagration better for Arena and other PVPs or I should stick to Scorching Power ?

Really depends on your team and your level.

different skills for different things...  best option IMO is to try different skills in different situations...  and each of the different types of mains have different names for the skills...   10th skill is generally best for pvp, 5th skill is good for healing vanguards, second skill is great for high defense vanguards, 8th skill is good if your middle row has most of your power (the combo rate will let them hit more often), 9th is good for the same kind of team (boosts damage), first skill is good early game vs well built Yachiros (dodgy bitch, lol)...

See what I mean?  In this game, when you aren't talking thousand dollar partners, there really is not a "best" anything...  build a team to work together, if you have a good plan, and work it hard enough, you should be competitive..

Also, just throwing this out there...  You seem to have a very bad idea of how to play this game....  no offense or anything...

Let me give you the best advice you will receive in the game...

Don't focus so much on PVP...  look instead at your PVE...  High damage skills, fury building, damage boosting...

Don't miss daily events as 95% of everything you get in this game will most probably come from Evil Spirit and Ryoka

For these events, make sure you pull your vanguard for a third assaulter... oh yeah, go with a 1-2-2 formation (one vang, two assaulters, two supports) so for events you can pull that vang for a third assaulter...  make sure you swap gear when you make the swap, duh, lol

Get killing those Ryoka with a single hit ASAP...   a good pve team by level 90 from the tavern (a little further than you are from the sound of it) looks something like this

Zanpacto: Zabimaru
Vanguard: whoever you use in pvp, but never in evil spirit and not in ryoka before wave 50 or so (or whenever the ryoka starts to kill your middle row in 3 or less regular attacks)
Assaulters: Main (8th skill) Ikkaku, Byaukua (I'll explain this one in a bit) and make sure your assautlers have decent block rate, trust me
Supports: Cute Orihime, Tavern Kiuske (I'll explain this one too)

for Byaukua, get his exclusive skill ASAP as his exclusive skill is very good in pve, and his OG skill is quite nice for pvp (for a partner who can be so good in pve) plus he has a death mod where you get a free decent hit on the enemy team once Byaukua dies (very cool feature)

for Kiuske, with his 5th mod he becomes so much easier to T1 it isn't funny...  and if you can keep him faster than others on your team he can make them even easier to T1

lets put it this way...  using only stones and Kiuske's mods...

Kiuske can T1 with only 12 basic fury stones, and everyone he is faster than can be made T1 with only 7 basic fury stones (Kiuske needs 6 stones that each give 10%, and others need 1 of the 10% stones and 5 of the 8% stones)...   these numbers can be made even lower with the use of weapon enchants, evolution, other mods, and of course another fury builder...  in fact, with the team I suggested for your PVE, you can T1 Kiuske, make him fastest, then make him T1 Cute Orihime and have her be second fastest, and after she skills, your middle row will be T1 without any stones at all...

FYI, T1 is without a doubt the most powerful thing in the game, no questions..  It means your partner starts with 100 fury at the start of battle and can use their skill on the first round
