does returning partners give back all reishi or just a little bit of it back?

also, can someone tell me as to how does the partner exchange even work? cause there's that task that i dunno how to complete as well.

nop bro is uselles blue char gives back 10 blue reishi and purple char 40 purple reishi i didnt do with gold, but doing some maths gonna be like 200 golden reishi
ok for the exchange you select your 2 chars for that, click exchange and ta-da done they exchance all gear, accesories and hogu btw with some rules work perfect, same lv bracket both or gear (lv 50, 70, 80,90, etc) one lv70+ with lv70 gear cant exchange his gear to a lv50 char, same with classes they cant exchange weapon. This option work great to do events, i do this betwen Inoue and Rukia. No times limit at any cost

And also, thanks for the info. regarding the exchange. I thought clicking that exchange all button will return all the tavern-bought characters with reishi. xD
