If you are a ghost blade and you reach lv. 30 and yourichi ask you to do the 3 day training and your charather say's he has the memory of bankai can you do it

I think... He's referring to the storyline part around Lv30 when yoruichi trains Ichigo the bankai and asks if you want to join in and your character says he/she remembers how to use their Bankai?

You can't really learn/unlock Bankai through the storyline.
You need to lvl up your Reiatsu to lvl 15.
Then lvl up your Zanpakuto with souls, from Soul Hunt.
