Problem with payment. [Copy URL]

Paid for gold. However after payment i received an error.
The RL money is now ofc gone, but it has not been notified by gogames that the payment has been made.
Since mailing "tech" support isnt working (guess no-one works at this company on sundays, or has a re-direction mail.) However I did and included the error I received.
I figured ill try this. Or spam the forums till I might end up getting a responds.
Just to show it:

This was / is the error I received.
Just to let the "smart's" know (people that think they can respond yet have no actual intel on the situation).
I emptied coockies, reloaded pages etc etc. So thats not the problem, since I still have not received gold / notification from gogames.

I'll tell you now that your not the first to encounter this. What it is basically says is that the payment was not fully successful by the server, so no gold was received.
Trying to get GoGames to respond to you is like trying to swim across the Pacific ocean to Japan from the U.S

Sadly, I know what it means, I know how it occurs etc etc. But like stated above, Im just gonna spam this stuff until someone responds from GG.

If the payment was not made or notified by GG shuldnt you just ask for a re-fund on your paymen option?
