You don't need to burn the coupons if you have enough Tool Bag Expansion, there I need a total of 410 bags OR 4100 coupons, each bag reduces the price in coupon by 10.
Like Utimate Arsenal or Reio Guardian if you don't have enough token to buy the goodie...
Each single toolbag costs 10 Gold/Coupons
And you can see how much you will need to pay if you scroll down on the pop up menu that comes up after "use", unfortunately there's no scroll indication so it can be missed out as non-fitting text
After you click "use" on your Tool Bag Expansion it'll show this, if you hover your mouse over the dialog shown and scroll down you can see the remaining part of the text:
and will show something like that, so you can find out how much you have to pay ^^ of course, it varies depending on how far your bag is opened already ^^
Since it says 2320 for me, and knowing that each 1 Tool Bag Expansion = 10 Coupons, that means i need 232 more Tool Bag Expansions to expand my inventory ^^

I'd reply the same as Mylar above, if you cannot scroll down further then you have enough toll bags to expand your inventory for free (aka without paying the coupons/golds).
