20% critical enchant stone baffled..!!!

so pic 1 shows kiri with 4 fury enchant , i change and put gear with  20% critical enchant on him (with gold enchant stone) , and pic 2 is the result. So i got a critical hit increase of only 0.2 % . Can anyone tell me what i prob did wrong . I also have the triple crown title on , but that only works on assaulters, but just saying lolzz.

20% critical enchant is for damage. NOT critical rate chance :]
