In-game shop used my gold when i had coupons.

Hi. My character name is: Sora, server: EU 121
I decided to burn my coupons during Visored Revenge and as usual went to in-game shop. It has been stated that shop uses coupons first and i had around ~15k coupons. I decided to buy clan-change card but instead it burned my gold. I would never waste gold on that item, so you please remove that card from my inventory and give back the 888 gold that were taken from me. Thanks.

Not all items in the shop can be bought with coupons :/
There's a thread stating where coupons can be used and i'm pretty sure it talks about the store as well :I
Like you can't spend coupons on name changes and clan changes

Then they should point that out, right now there's no difference betwen clan-change and stone-packs, they both are in same section.
