Cant upgrade to 11th div capt from 11 div lieutenant.. I do have more than enough prestige to get to the next rank but it seems like the upgrade button cant be clicked I don't know the reason for that..

need your help thx..

Can you make a screenshot of the button and the amount of prestige you have and need to upgrade?

You are probably reading it wrongly. But if you are not then empty your browser cache and cookies and try again.
