Imbalance in the player base and suggestion about Registration server redire

First thing i noticed, is that this game doesn not distinquish US from EU player and it does not redirect them to the perspective server, which is a major flaw for this game, that alone is the reason why US server are overpopulated and you have to release a new one every day/few days, and why there are few people playing on the EU esrvers.

I repeat, this game - when you click register, it if you did it like me , click, click, click and you are playing, most likely you will end up on the newest US server, while you are playing from Europe, and the problem with this isn't just that players don't belong on their respective server, but the actual problem is that, europeans can't participate in daily events that are designated for the US server, reason being is that those events happen at 2~6 AM , EU standart time, and it takes people quite a bit to realize that they can't play the game properly, since those events and arena become available at 20+ Arena and events at 35+?

Either way, by the time you realize you are on the wrong server, most people quit or lose interest in the game.


My suggestion is - auto-detect from what region the player is registering, and recommend him his respective US/EU server!
That way the population on EU servers should grow, and you shouldn't see dissapointed players when they find out they are playing on a wrong timezone.

P.S. This should also help with the load on the US servers, you shouldn't need to make new ones so often, which in itself is another problem, as i see it, new servers are released when there are barely enough players playing on the previously new server, and new players that come after that, will never even consider making a character on Realm 18, when there is NEW Realm 41 available, so basically the 2~40 realms begin to deteriorate in population and people start suggesting merges.

hmm i didn't notice the fact i was put into an EU server until i saw this. now that i remember some of the times where off when i logged in this morning.
