so they didn't block and i only entered once and it ended, said that i was number two damage dealt i am usually the highest damage like 99% of the time and i didn't see any one entered after or before me that did more damage than me

i don't think so because in one of my server my urahara had stop to touch void but the accuracy didn't changed

It's hard to tell if the dodge rate has increased or not, but one thing is for sure :
theirs block rate have been greatly lowered!!
