A Fullbringer and a former member of Xcution. Tsukishima is cold and collected in most things he does. His ability "Book of the End" can insert him into the target's past without hurting the opponent and change the target's memory.

Talent
Increase certain Wisdom and Agility (30%), born with 20% Avoid Injury Rate.

Skill
Attack all enemies, dealing 200% damage; increase own Avoid Injury Rate by 70% for 1 round, silence all enemies for 2 rounds. Recover own Fury by 35 points.

Ex.Skill
Attack all enemies, dealing 200% damage; increase ally support's dodge rate by 50/70/100% for 2 rounds, chaos all enemies for 2 rounds and recover all allies' Fury by 50 points.

Mods
1. Immune to silence and fury reduction
2. Increase Kidō ATK by 20%
3. Increase speed by 30%
4. Increase own Aid Rate by 30%. When ally Ginjō Kūgo is in battle, increase his 30% of max HP.
5. When being attacked, inflict Void Effect to two random enemy for 1 round.
6. After death, decrease all enemies’ attack by 50% for 2 rounds.
7. At the beginning of your round, clear up 50% of all enemies' Fury; take effect only once in each battle, cannot be immuned.

In terms of attack and speed, pretty good, though.

Nobody is immune to the Void effect anymore. Without shields, combining him with Ginjo, you'd have a lot of people either stunned or in Void status.

Nobody except HVI would skill attack first round.

you're okay, the chests use blue stones, the inferno are red. You can't use the inferno for chests. Look at your inferno tab lol.

doesnt matter who start, this mod will take effect whenever battle is loaded

thye both expensive, i was trying to see wich of the other older chars can counter this new release and for now the only one i can see is this one who's already expensive too,

the immune to silence section is cleared, and the tsuki 7 mod dont really matter agains HIV,

what do u think?

lol just 3k towards my road to kyoka and they drop this? prolly gonna be atleast 15k if not 20k i assume? what to do now..btw y is ginjo mod sticking out like sore thumb....just also make that a mod thats available from free or rentable partner to make it truly #free

proba wait n see, i'm 900 behind to reach KS cap, the good news is u can see it cooming before getting a muken or ks, or worse exchange all ur red stones to blue ones; the bad news gonna proba be like 15k as u said and aroun d lvl130 requierment i bet (maybe a vip requierement this time who knows)

as for KS depends on ur current zan, if u have jakka or at least katen why not go for this tsuki whom proba gonna be bugged for a mointh or two, also dont forget that the skills n mod are not definit yet, so no need need to rush, thats what i'm doing

this will change nothing, strong people will get him fast and a new meta will be born, some others will work they asses up and get him only when the next op thing will come, some people will quit because they super expensive partners are not meta anymore, tough life , think about people who bought Demon Ichi or golden Yama. The principle of this game is to outdate shit constantly so ppl keep getting new shit, nothing is new here.

I normally don't post on forums. Mistake me if I'm wrong and sorry in advance. But his exclusive skill says that he chaos all target? Isn't chaos a stun as well in a way. When a target is chaosed, there turn for attack, is actually summoning themself to hit yourself? Using your turn to attack yourself? So this being said.. wouldn't all you have to do is get level 70 exclusive on him and make sure you skill 1st. Regens 75 fury with 100% crit .. use another fury giver of 25. T1 everyturn for a autowin? Because they will constantly be under chaos effect. You will kill them, or they will kill themself with no room for attack. But I could be wrong. I just know when kyoka hits my muken with chaos for 3 turns. My muken doesn't attack at all on enemy for the 3 turns. All I do is keep hitting myself every round. Sorry for the long post, and sorry if I'm wrong about how this effect works.

Just read his skill again, it actually chaos for two turns. So in theory, wouldn't even need a fury giver. Skill hit skill and would be perm chaos. I could be wrong about chaos, but that's just what I noticed when fighting kyoka.

Its pretty much what u said, chaos makes the ennemy attks himself using his normal attak, the most dangerous ones when chaoed would be Hel verse for example i guess, however many aprnter are immune to chaos aslos such as shiun daiguren toshiro orange, or stenritter ishida, so against peeps using them itll become harder to finish them easy;

taht said he sure wwill become a broken partner who'll change the game course again

Anyone saying hvi is the new god doesnt read things fully. That ex skill fucks over hvi more than that fury mod fucks over t1 characters. If anything hvi is going to end up a mid to low tier assaulter for pvp.

Depends on the setup of both teams.If the enemy is running KS and HVI I'd assume the person trying to hit with Tusk would go second instead of first. This way buffs/debuffs aren't cleared, but then again.. with some of the people that play I don't think they'll do that. But, yeah I get what you mean with HVI still being considered a god overall.

This has all bring to a shitshow about this game... rely on a single zanpakuto and that single partner or two to decide the outcome of the battle... or you can decide to suicide and lose a partner so you can gain 100 fury... The future of this game is dark and sad. Even modified to 50% fury means nothing because 98% of partners STILL can't skill first round.
