How to improve vanguard gear?

Basically thread, i just got Chado, and he takes way too much damage, but i've seen Vanguards who take little to no damage, how do you imprive gear on vanguards to let them tank better in PvP?

Basically he is wearing this, cause i dont have any better at the moment, advice would be nice ._.

craft some Jibakurei gear and refine it with block rate and strength/wisdom attributes.

Problem is, how hard is the Hard instance to farm Jibakurei? Or should i just farm the normal lv30 difficulty?

I'm lv42 with 27,000 BP at the moment..

Actually I Found The Level 30 Instance Pretty Easy As Long As You Have The CC Skill (4th Soul Skill) During Ishida Nothing Is Really Hard In It

use your Zanpakuto Gegetsubiri he is more usefull for Vanguards.. also use 2-2-2 or 2-4 at the armor/equiptments  for example 2 Jibakurie 2 Ultimate and 2 Soulbreak or 4 Ultimate and 2 Jibakurie..

i was just about to say that (2-4 is better cus a VG needs Str & Wis for his def.....)

The Hard Ver. of the lv30 instance is actually harder, i couldn't kill ishida since he does too much damage, stuck on him again, haha

And i don't have the fatguy zanpakutou yet, he shold be available tomorrow for me.
