strategy defense

so i was looking at the growth rate of the equipment and saw that the cape(strategy defense) has double that of the amour and headband(physical defense). does this mean that strategy defense is actually cheaper to get than physical defense? cause i want a way to get people to stop complaining about kido characters being OP.

Main source of def is wisdom/strength itself, and that is why strength characters are weak against kido, and vice versa. Cape gives 2x strategy def only because there are 6 pieces of equipment and 5 stats. The best way to boost your strategy/physical def is getting more wisdom/strength. And don't worry, once supports become stronger (90+ lvls) and strength chars can 1 shot them, they won't complain about kido being superior. Early game kido>str, late game str>kido, and in the end $$>(kido,str) so just play however u like it, it's a game for reason, to relax and have fun
