Here is my Mayuri. He doesn't have the highest BP, but he is around 1400 fragments from his exclusive skill. If the US ToT had worked the first 3 weeks, he would have it. He recently lost around 30k ATK and DEF when I advanced 2 pieces of gear to get more Immune Rate and Damage Rate.
