Conquest of Might Agent of Shinigami

It just bugs me. I've been trying to play this quest but I can't seem to get past the third monster? Still stucked on normal.
It's not that I got killed but more or like after one of my team characters attacks the opponent side, the game suddenly stopped moving and my team couldn't attack afterwards.

Is this normal or is there something wrong with the game? Thank you very much!

I'm repying pretty late but i have the exact same problem

You could of been confused or immobilized. When u kill an enemy. I past it normaly and nothing happens to me.
