well if You have the lv60 aquaria gear or any shutara gear then go for the 24 socket stones(check the lvl of your equipment).
Otherwise get lv10 stones, u get 4. So definitely a good deal. Looking at your formation i dont think yama is needed, do get a better VG later on. the 1000 exc frags is also a good choice, but i would recommend getting the stones first

Cute Orihime, you got 600k bp your focus should be pve, your zanp is for pve/isshin pve..get c orihime, keep kisuke only for modify fragments and rent b. renji, your only way to get better. also you should tell us your lvl/vip lvl and reiatsu so we can get a better idea, stones as the guy above said on your partners won t make that much of a difference, u get 2 of dodge and counter and you're doomed..and the sockets are easier to get in events, as u need 36/per partner if u socket aquaria and the silver investment isn't worth for that, i'll choose C. Orihime if I were you and i'll rent b. renji for pve purposes.

Also, you need to do some research on your own because apparently people on this forum don't talk English, or barely understand it because everytime your questions will get just basic, unsatisfying answers. As u may already know, a lvl 10 stone is (2 at power 10)x15/12 (vip 6) so basically, the 4xlvl 10 stones are more expensive, and however, if u rent Orihime at karakura town and now get yourself some stones, but as I said, if u get dodge or counter is basically useless. Price related nothing beats the stones in that shop, however this is questionable because you aren't guaranteed a lvl 10 agility/str/crit stone, wich is basically the downside. A lvl 10 stones is usually a 4k top-up, and eventually u will get stones. Getting the most of PVE now and not later is the way to go, or at least was for me. Basically I have same reiatsu as some guys who spent 2k+ in this game for my lvl, so PVE pays the best in this game. 2 resources in this game, gold and pve drops. Get stones and rent c. orihime + b renji, because you may feel bad for not trying, wish u luck with that. An approximative price on everything there, mod souls pill is just absord and the one who put them in that shop should be punched in the face, excls frags(1k of them) is about 5k at basically buying, however you may get them with some lucky top-ups) The partners are capped at 6k, the most expensive thing in that shop are the stones. This shop must be updated because it's so bad and u basically just spend 2.4m silver on 2 excl fragm and the drops are bad. Anyway you and only you can know what you really need so.. good luck with this game

Yeah I have lvl 60 aquaria. But like the other guy said at the bottom. You don't know what's in the vl 10 spirit box.

I'm currently lvl 82 with 37 reiatsu and vip 5. I like cute orihime coz he gives block rate and damage rate. Right? Really good on pve. I'm planning n b.renji too but who knows when he'll come on UBP. I'm hoping for yhwach or b.renji. hopefully

Btw do they still give cyclone set for 5 tokens of ichibe? I'm kinda lacking of  more sets of aquaria

The chances for b. renji in ubp are for 2019, yea you should have no dodge so you can do dmg with the block too I don't relly know the stats either for ES about hit and break defense...I saw that u have yachiru so it's a dodge oriented vanguard I guess u change sets, so don't let doge there.. About Cyclone sets, I don't really know about reio, I think the ones for 5 tokens were done already, you can check on wiki, I did my ult equip in other event..
