Does anyone know how much it roughly costs to get Gin this event?

and do you have to fill up all of the zodiac signs or just one of them?

It is very hard to tell exact minimum cost of Partners. Luck plays huge role in this.
So far, this is worst event i've seen. If it's Gin you are after, i highly suggest you wait for next UBP( *giggles* ) or next Joint Task and see if Gin pops there.
What comes to filling zodiac, it seems like "yes". You need to fill ALL of them to redeem reward.

I do know

39~45k gold at max.

You will get other stuff beside gin and a hogu lvl8.
I've spent 43k on that event and got both gin + hogu lvl8 and alot of other stuff.

Well with spirit stones it will cost you more (depends on the level you want)

But your points should be enough to keep you on top 3. Rank 1~3.

At the end of the event you will get lvl9 spirit stones. You can check them by going to Star Wishes -> Star Turnable -> Ranking list. with 43k gold spent, I'm sure you will be on top 3 (most likely 1).

The other ranks do get spirit stones lower lvls. so its your choice, Do you really need Gin or not? for me he is one of my main future formation. I don't know about you.

Yeah I really plan on using him all the way through, plus if i do it tomorrow ill get yamamoto as well cause hes the character for joint task tomorrow.

Yes, you should do it in 1 hour after the reset. I would have done the same if I knew he is coming but it's ok, he is not one of my main future partners ;p
