What partner to recruit from Karakura Town Festival

So basically i don't know who to recruit so i figured you guys would help me.I'm vip 0 so in total i'll have about 9 candies and i'm currently using Haineko as a Zanpakuto and my formation is 2-2-1 (Rukia and Momo as supports, MC and Ichigo -will replace him soon with SWP Renji- as assaulaters and ofcourse Sado as a VG). I was thinking of getting Ichibe but idk if that'd help me or not so yeah i need you guys to tell me whom i should get.

Hire shin isshin  twice so u can get him for 2 weeks instead of 1 and keep doing this till you get him for free.
