How to make HVI block

I'm stuck in fighting a guy in CSB who kills my hvi just because he blocks with his, however, I have +90% block on mine and never saw him blocking an attack, help?

Just change his mods to block lmao
An assaulter and even vanguard can reach a max of 130% break defense just from the evolution, the hell you can block with only 90% ?
Or just buy BWB and make your assaulters godblocks.

BWB makes a lot of sense, because he have bwb, but dafuq man, his hvi does little to no dmg to mine, still the block is insane.

What no never, the counter of hit rate is dodge, counter of block is break defense, counter of critical is counter.
Reminded me of an old MMORPG where there is a belief that increasing your accuracy reduces the chance of getting blocked... but no it makes you miss your attacks less often. Same belief goes to the raw stat DEX(terity) it increases the hitrate/dodge/block/critical but doesn't make you take less block.

About his damage well his block deals 300% (because of the talent) and furthermore it always crit if that HVI had 100% crit chance no matter how much %counter you have. Depending of your setup/build the block can be deadly.

Yea, I checked bwb mods... Disgusting, beated by a block, unbelievable, if the guy has 110% on his HVI and +70% from BWB, it's like 200% chance, so everytime i'm gonna be blocked. Idk what to do with my formation now, I was planning to get hikifune/elegant uno from UBP and just get a Tsukishit from csb to replace in the future, I really need the second support, but I want to get Tsuki, and want Bankai Mayuri because I expect him to be better than Kugo Ginjo. Tsuki-Kokoto-HVI-Mayuri. Ichimonji..  Initially I wanted to do. Tsuki-Kokuto-HVI-Muken-Ichimonji. But the skill from Tsuki is just lacking, any tips?

well if you're facing that guy, u could try switching zan to kyoka and check the outcome. no need to change your whole team setup if it works well w. most people u face with. better ask pot for more tips, he's the veteran here

use kensei death mod or bankai kyoraku - invincibility is a block counter
