Is it true that you get the Cyclone set on the 2nd day of Reio's Guardians?

I was reading a post about how to get the Aquaria set, and someone responded. Saying that you'll get the Cyclone set on the 2nd day of Reio's Guardians, and to then spirit forge it.
And if you do get it, how exactly is it presented to you? For example on the Daily Presents event, you are presented a reward in the form of chest which you can recieve by completeting the daily sign in.

don't have to be lucky, the janken is really predictable to who uses what.... you just need to play it for a little while

well until tenjiro they have higher chances to roll paper and from ichibe on they rather use stone and cissors from what i've noticed i cant put up %'s or so but it's from what i've seen and experienced (i got all my cyclone sets in a row)

i lose too much with ichibe imagine from 18 win with hiki i got only 2 wins with ichibe and now i missed the set for 3 months -.-

Well in a sense then ya need to try harder XD ya have 6 or so days to acumulate 5-6 points i think? it's totally possible just keep remembering who does what the most.

np, had the same probllem but i waited and observed first as to how i should get it whilst doing it already brooding that i needed 18 points. but i waited and saw it was 6 so that was nice.

Y use the cyclone specifically, any set of equipment from reio gardian can be used in shutras shop. Its easier if you grind enough points and buy the set for 5pts on some day( 4th or 5th not sure)
