Okay , can someone explain to me why I am not hitting before tenjiro ?



Since HVI has 30% speed when hit by a partner , I am wondering if something is buggy. Tenjiro has only 15% from tensa ( but maybe either the star is not working or tensa is giving more). It was working recently , maybe because it is not giving 30% , who knows? Will they ever be able to make anything working properly ?

Are you sure this is not Tenjiro's offline stats ? Because offline doesn't count the zanp fortification (and so the speed).
That's the only way I see, aside the value of speed buff being wrong for either Tenjiro or HVI.

Don't really care if he was online/offline he was not able to beat me at all. He was online when that happened so I checked more than 6 battle reports and the speed did not change that much or haven't changed at all.

What he said and what is worse is because of that in the arena you can out-speed someone when he is offline and wins and when he gets online he out-speed you

Dude I am following the battles since when i was having 240k speed , we did many battles when both were online / mixed whatever you want to call it. He was not winning , not that I much care for my place in the arena. IT is just not working as intended , that's the main point

That does not apply at all. It is counted even seen from other player's perspective in my server ( check my other comment). It seems more to me either HVI star is not giving 30% speed or tensa is not giving 15% speed buff. More like it is not the latter , but why I am not surprised again.

change your hvi in and out of formation and recheck the agi values.
hvi speed star works and I saw that in many fights.
U have hvi skill first in your team I think is more than enough reason to lose.

Agi values do not change since zanpakuto is not giving you any stats except raw % , so that suggestion is kind of not helping at all. I am not telling it is not working , but it is not giving me 30% speed as it is written ( again their translation is poorer than the african countries) .

tell that to the guy with hvi alone beating the all other dudes with 8-9 mln bp , I am not fighting someone who spend a 1000$+ in this shit so that is pretty irrelevant here.

Would you mind posting his Main character and his Urahara as well? If their speed is much higher than Kirinji then it won't matter but if it is close than that might help

they have a lot more speed with reiatsu above 330k and 350k so they will hit first no matter what with the 15% from Tensa
the problem is suddenly he gets less than 20% bonus or so. How hard is to see that.. I've seen dozens of reports and he won every game before today for some reason...
