99% yea,
doesnt work for those in top ~10,since it doesnt depend on u alone but on others as well.
so that the one who's a nuisance is passed by all top~18 in ranking

Not really. Knowing how the CSB pyramid works by rank, a dick can place himself in the right rank to do this.

They just keep there points at the right spot.

he doesn't sound like someone that high up...  if you are in the top 10 you can usually clear your first row at least from my experience, but yes, you are right, once you get high enough in the ranking that everyone above you can beat you, you should stop doing CSB for 3 to 4 days and let others move above you in rankings, then come back and clear some again!!

Ws just saying if someone was being a real dick to anyone in there.

It would cost them red stones though. so if they were doing it they don't care about playing.
There just making thing hard for others cause there mad or something.
