Question about Hogu tier 12, please help.

Hi everyone, i have a question and i would like to be illustrated  about the hogu tier 12. The thing is that i see that different characters has the same hogu tier 12 at level 10, but the power changes with all of them and i don´t know what makes the difference. In this case, for example, we have 3 characters with hogu warrior wing step agility at level 10, but it gives different power agility to their characters. Could anyone explain me how it works?. the ones with higher values had better stones equipped, it changes depending on the level of the stones

Max level warrior hogu will give a base value of 19,056.  When you look at the character panel, you will see the amount being given after Spirit Stones have added their bonus.  If you go to the Treasure/Hogu panel you will the base stats of each one are the same
