Currently i have a 2-2-1 setup,
SUPP: Noble isane + oetsu
ASS: BWU + main
VG: TSI
Basically oetsu and nisane take about 2-3 turns where oetsu can do big dmg bit i feel nisane could be replaced by shunko.
BUT nisane her extra turn to oetsu and such is quite helpful so idk what to do, get shunko or keep it as it is and get an orange partner for support like BWNel or BWB.
Blood War Ulquiorra (BWU) should be the damage dealer?
Do not rely on low-class supports for damage when you have a high-class assaulter.
The supporters should support that assaulter to be able to do his damage or amplify it.
Noble Isane provides 70% Damage Rate (or 1.7x Current Damage Rate) which is Over Powered.
Oetsu does not do anything for your assaulters at all.
Shunko Sui-Feng is not comparable here. You either use her or don't. The 12% Attack from her Mod could prove useful, sure, but I don't think that should be reason enough for you to get her if you have limited resources (and save further instead). Just my suggestion.

quite detailed, and yeah it's because of BWU that i was hesitating the most.
thought there was something to shunko that made her like better than oetsu or isane, BWU or not
