Conquest of Might question

So I am doing Conquest of Might on hard and coming to Hyorinmaru the requirements I cant figure out how to pass.  I am not sure if I am just not understanding the last requirement and have tried several things maybe someone can shed some light on this for me.  The requirements are as follows:

Win within 10 rounds                  (I can win in 1 round)
Win and make sure at least 4 characters survived the battle                 (my whole team can survive even when I have only 4 chars)
Reinforcement Toshiro HitsugayaDamage dealt by Main Character is no less than 1 of total damage                (this one confused me as my main has done more than 1 damage lol even tried where my main didn't attack)

I cant surpass this shit in conquest of might hard even I take everything from my main

Reinforsment Toshiro must do 30% of all damage so beat van and assaulter before toshiro strikes. and change mob buffs so supports don't have hp or def buffs.

I really can not get past this one

if I take out the vanguard and assaulter
Toshiro still barely does 20 damage and that is his crit ?? to the supporters his battle damage stats was like .01%

if I take everything ( and I mean everything all gear all stones all treasures , mod/spirit souls, hogyouku ) away from my players he still goes 3rd ....move

been trying to get past this since level 85 and now lv 89  ...

Toshiro just has to be the 1st hitting they're support then you're support or assaulters just as to finish them

take all the stuff from your main and use a zanpakutou like zabimaru. its how i pass it

In simple way , your toshiro has to make max. damage then any other character in ur formation ...thats it

make sure 2 of your guys go before toshi and kill the vanguard and assaulter.  Toshi should hit the 3 supporters 3rd and your 4th partner basically should have enough HP and do very little damage. For me usually i fulfill the requirements if Toshi does above 33% damage.
