how to get soul steel and jibakurei steel

is there any way to get soul steel to forge a weapon??
also, how to get the soul steel and jibakurei steel??

If you are lvl30 or above, there will be a stage called instance in human world. You can do easy, normal or hard. More difficult level gives better items like jibakurei and shadowkill(lvl50 purple item). But if you are lvl 30-39, you probably should only do easy(rest of them is hard to handle). If you are lvl 43+, you can do normal or hard. Oh, I almost forgot, Uyru Ishida's skills from instance is called TRAP, It makes all your characters dizzy(they cant attack) for 2 round. Then he will use TRAP again right after the 2 turn finishes. So, you can't defeat him unless you equip 4th skill of your main character(it defend your assaulters from dizzy). This is my answer for your question, if you need any help, just post on this blog.

Nice, but... The forge guy does not give me an option to forging any part of the Jibakurei set. I do have Jibakurei Steel, Leather and Silk, obtained in the "Hard" version of the instance, as you said.

Edit: I figured it out. For some reason, when I go to the forge and select (on the left column) an item I know I have materials for building, the game shows me I have ZERO of said materials. I have to start the forging process to see that I do have the materials. Weird bug.
