So, guys I am 100 coups away from getting Nel and I was hoping if I could get some feedback and strategy tips for her . I have heard she is one way to compete against high VIP's.
she can be a PAIN if youre a heavy VG focusing player, she has speed + dmg + hit rate reduction (now im talking about upgraded version, i dont rlly use the first form)
