Okay, so I want to become an Arrancar but I don't knwo HOW! PLease help me, I've already clicked on Hollow as my inner self.

when you start the game im pretty sure you can choose:
(Class)
-Shinigami
-Quincy
-Arrancar
And then at lv 32-33 you can choose a "Clan"
Arrancar, Shinigami, Quincy.

If this is the answer you are looking for then go for it... cause i really didn't understand your question lol.
