BP, Done everything but...

Hi, I've searched the forums to find any type of clear guide on how to raise my Battle power.
I have done everything yet I feel I am missing something.
Here are the details:
I am level 49. I have 58390 Battle power. I am Kido (or I was told). I have wisdom on main, Stamina on vanguard(chad) strength on assult (rangiku) and what ever I have left of stones on support (orihimi)
my reinforcement is lvl 49 on all my troops. Reiatsu level 23 (Bankai). Stones on main some are level 6 and so. Acce range  level 9-23 and home is Mansion my GF is Habu.
My soul map is level 3 (SP is 22) Skill headslong is level 5. Treasures almost all on all troops,between lvl 3-5 on main and 1-2 on partners.  my Mod soul is level 2
Been using hoguko but it is bankrupting me. Max level 3 on main.
What else am I missing?
Edit: My partners are 2 stars.

I've seen a level 48 with BP way over mine.
Please advise.

maybe tht lvl 48 guy is a VIP... n hav a lil bit more stuffs than u do...

at this kinda of lvl... dun worry about it... y ppl hav more BP than u ...

just look at wat they hav n compare to urself...

they might get lucky wit some ulti jades ... or they enhance their hogu n plan their partners well...

its still too early of the game to be worried...

u think BP is important ?

well a lot of ppl in here will tell u NO...

i luv winnin ppl who hav like 200k BP more than myself or even more...

to me... BP is never an important factor...

its partners... skill .... formation... n tactics...

learn the game n play the game well... plan plan plan... n focus...

Believe it or not everyone progresses differently with their battle power a part of it being luck and showing up to events like ryoka and getting the kills on them and there are also those who shell out tons of cash which it sounds like that person did. I don't believe your missing anything for your level to be doing either so just keep doing what your doing.
