In the tavern lvl 50 the characters lvl is 30 and is a problem for the players becouse the player needs lvl 50 recruits not lvl 30.

That's why you need to spend more silver so you can buy the EXP boost. I personally hate that my Yoruichi started at 60 while I was at 70, but what can you do?
