My question is: where can you get cheap universal socket stones for a full set? also is it worth investing in them?

not really,  will need 6 socket stones for normal gear and 12 for event gear .-. imo only those who can spend 5k$ or something should open extra sockets other than that it's not worth it IMO

you can get 1 once a day with seireitei attack. Its not really worth it in all honesty.

It's damn worth it on reio, specially if you combine getting both furies and sockets while leasing partners

Nope the higher the gear the more it costs to open a new hole.
