when i enter the arena it loads to 100% but doesnt actually take me into the arena and i cant see the people and receive the chest

i have this same problem and clearing the cache doesnt work
its been on going for 4 days now

Have you tried click on the areas were the people and the Receive chest would be? Maybe another bug with the graphic processing.
