CAN'T TOP UP USING PAYMENT WALL

I can't top up using payment wall.  I've topped before no problems with payment wall but this time when I try to top up with this a message appears on a white screen.  

The application is currently pending.
The application and website is currently under review for approval. The owner can check the status of their application by logging directly into the merchant area and checking the Status column of the Applications section.

How long will they take to fix this?  I don't have credit card to top up.  I use this method to top up but now I can't.  I've purchased about 25$ worth of cards to top up by this method during reio guardian, but now I can't

The owner is usually, they don't care about this game. I HIGHLY doubt payment wall will be brought back up.

Your best bet? Find a different game to invest in.

I started naruto 3 days ago, Il never play bleach again or waste a penny on them.

Yeah, it's just like bleach but better.

They have customer support, their payment wall works...

And you don't have to learn alot of new stuff, really similar to bleach.
