every day I get the same title but he always comes back to 5th division lieutenant ...

because condigo not get 5th division captain HELP ME PLSSSS

you probably dont have enough prestige to keep the title
the title says that it reduces the amount of prestige you have by 5000 every day
this happened to me before when i ranked up from 5th division captain to 4th division lieutenant b/c i only have 2000 prestige after i upgraded

that's because 5th captain deduct 5000 prestiage everyday
