You can get souls through Beauty Game after signing in 4 days in a row. (Note that every third day you get an additional 5 chances) The higher the level the more souls you get. And I believe that Ishida is unbeatable without 4th skill. Souls are also aquired by being in the top 10 list if I recall in Evil Spirit event at 13.00 pm server time and Ryoka Attack at 20:15.

I get 2k souls from Ryoka attack as the Nr1 damage dealer and about 1,2k in Evil Spirit event as nr1 again.
You can hover over the fourth beauty game icon to see how much you get and then you just add that up.
