Cultivating Zan's

Planning on writing a... (I guess you could call it a guide), for how many souls are required for each tier of Zan's. I get this question alot from players in my server and I can only usually give a rough estimate on captain and king tier since I've already hogyoku-kai'd all of the ones I have. If you could post how much exp you gain per soul and how much exp it requires to level for the current zan you guys are working on, I'll take the data and make a list of how many souls are needed to hit shikai, bankai, and hogyoku-kai. Thanks in advance!
It will look something like this

Deputy Captain level Zan's

Souls per lvl   Zanpakuto Level     Total of Souls from 0
  80               Shikai                  80
160               Bankai                 240
......              Hogyoku-kai        .....

I believe its 284 from bankai to hogyoku-kai.

Is that for deputy captain quality zan's?

According to these, you'd need 160 from shikai to bankai and 240 from bankai to hogyoku-kai.
