How to do target tasks

Hello everybody.

I already did a research but have found nothing. My question is in the title: how do you do target tasks?
For example: I had Trial Tower yesterday and I have Janken today; what do I have to do if I want to complete them? Do I just have to play janken until it's done? Do I have to finish a room in Trial Tower?

You just have to do any color/rank daily task of the one(s) listed under Target Tasks.
