i have two ultimate set but i cant have nanao whyy??

i got sado and the other requierement its sais on ultimate equipement i only got 1/2 but i got 2...

I'm gonna ask a stupid question did you buy a full 2 sets of 6 pieces, the first costs 36 gold the second costs 300 gold?

Two ultiamte sets means two glowing lv1 sets from that shop, one worth 32 gold and the other worth 300 gold, if you have a PURPLE NON GLOWING set, that does not count as an ultimate.

yeah exacly i bough the first at 36 gold and the other 300 gold
